End of Day 6..

Ok, so this evening I was tempted to eat something. Not massively tempted, just Friday night seemed a little bit empty without food or alcohol and I would probably have reached for a hot chocolate had I not been strong. 

Might watch FSAND with my children tomorrow night, they are all keen on nutrition etc, and it might help keep the motivation levels high. 

Actually my wardrobe is motivation enough – so many things in there which I used to wear before I gained nearly 2 stone. 

Have already been wearing trousers which I couldn’t have worn last week, and have tried on and identified key pieces to use as targets. 

Breakfast this morning was kale,  

red pepper, broccoli, cucumber, rhubarb and apple with an avocado blitzed in it. Lunch was same juice without the avocado, supper was strawberry, cucumber and mint. 

  Weightloss to date 9lbs, cannot wait to get on scales tomorrow morning and get an update!
